This place is treats the Patients like they don't matter and then will get an attitude with you when you ask the slightest challenging question. I am a vet and I can't even get an appointment to the place I have been going since a Child

Please do not go here! I had a NEW patient appointment today and I was transferred to three different offices JUST to have the appointment canceled and rescheduled! I asked the front desk lady why she can’t just do HER JOB and she said she can’t schedule different offices? LAZY I hung up on her. Also when you call there’s a long introduction that you have to listen to before pressing anything.

I have been using this office while Dr. Wimberly wasMy physician and had a great relationship. This newOwnership Palmetto Primary Care is not as such, thereIs no CARE!! It has taken three days to get an appointment made just to get prescriptions refilled. I called days before running out to either get them refilledOr make an appointment, followed their phone instructions to either make an appointment or prescription refills neither worked! It has taken them overTwo days to just return a phone call, customer care is notA priority but simply financial gain! This will be my lastVisit with them before transferring to a new localPhysician. I absolutely love this practice! Jennifer Repasky, PA is amazing. She always takes the time to make sure all of my questions have been answered, and she is very, very nice. The office staff are always friendly and kind. It's very easy to make appointments with them. Thanks for what you do!

this clinic is the worst, horrible they treat their patients rude, really if they do not want to attend close their clinic, very rude, they are never an appointment again!

Not the best staff, wait time is so long, and the doctors rush you and do not listen to your concerns. Also, it takes 3 days just to get a refill on a medicine, and they lose information on refills.

My family has used Dr Wimberly for over 25 years on Cedar St in Summerville without incident. Just prior to Dr Wimberly retireing we were told my 12 year old daughter could not be seen there by office staff. We reported this to Dr Wimberly and he fixed the issue That Palmetto Primary Care apparently had providing services to my daughter. It was an aparent issue related to missed appointments at the Moncks Corner Office who flagged her due to missed appointment. We thought at first it was due do an unpaid bill but determined we didn't have an unpaid bill. Several months went by and Dr Wimberly (our only advocate) at this point fully retired and we called the Summerville office due to my daughter running a fever that wouldn't go away. We were told they had no appointments for several days and called back to tell the office staff she was getting worse and demanded she be seen. They finally set her up for an appointment the following day. We arrived at the Summerville Office and once again she was refused treatment! They said we would need to call customer care to find out why. (Same thing they said the first time when Dr Wimberly himself straightened out the issue so we could be seen by him) THEY DID NOTHING! My daughter went to a Roper Care and was found to have a high fever because she had the Flu! Since this merger or invasion of Palmetto Primary Care occured we found that due to my daughter missing appointments in Moncks Corner she is now Banned from receiving any services from ANY PALMETTO PRIMARY CARE locations. !?!? Just my 12 year old daughter I'd prohibited in receiving care. Both my wife and I as well as My 5 other Children can recieve services. Just not the 12 year old. Thank GOD my daughter Die from the Flu due to this!! Just a side note, I'm fully covered under insurance and recently retired from the Law Enforcement, Own 2 Businesses and a Veteran! I'm so disappointed in the actions of PALMETTO PRIMARY CARE! When you get too BIG with MERGERS you seem to forget the people who were LOYAL to you. My entire Family (Children, Brother's, Grand Parents, Parents, literally all of my family) pulled out of this group due to this sickening action. You will never treat us again! ! We have carfully connected what groups you belong to and we collectively will never trust you to serve us again. I encourage you to VERIFY the statements I made to be TRUE!

The staff are friendly and good at being doctor's, but every single time I'm here with my son , no matter what time of day, no matter how early I arrive, we end up waiting a minimum of 30 minutes, usually closer to an hour in the exam room, past the time of our appointment. I’m so disappointed, I think it’s time for a new place.

Great service
