If you are vaccinated and have COVID symptoms you can be seen in office but if you are not vaccinated and have COVID symptoms - you must do TeleHealth.  They will state that is not true, but IT HAPPENED.  When the PA was asked "So, if I had been vaccinated I could have been seen in the office?" the response was "Yes".  They obviously aren't knowledgeable when it comes to COVID and the fact that vaccinated people can get COVID and spread to others!  So, the discrimination begins!

Dr David Castellone is my primary Physician and has been for over30 years. Caring, very knowledgeable, well known in the medical field. I would recommend Dr Castellone hands down.

The ladies up front are always so nice even when they're swamped. My sons, myself and mother in law are all very happy here. We've seen all Drs at one time or another and all are wonderful. Dr Dawson is our main doctor though. He listens when no one else does. He literally saved my son's life 12 years ago. He's helped keep him healthy and strong. His nurses are really wonderful as well. If any practice is close to perfection, it's this one.

The only reason I am giving this office any star is because of Beth Engler, PA - she is amazing and the ONLY reason I will still be going to this office with my children. I cannot speak to the other healthcare providers but the rest of the office staff we have interacted with over the past few years have raged from kind but uninformed/uninterested to inept, intolerable and at times, even rude. Wait times over the phone are inexcusably long and in office times are even worse - with NO explanation or offer of apology. My husband had a telehealth appointment that was confirmed first thing in the morning by phone call. After no text or call 15 mins after the scheduled start time, my husband called the office to be told "well she is running late sweetheart". Not only is the timing and lack of updates on the schedule unacceptable, but the tone of the staff member and how she spoke to my husband is COMPLETELY unprofessional. He is now refusing to be treated by an office who so blatantly does not show any care of the actual needs of their patients or even to pretend to be professional.So much for their supposed mission statement posted on their website:MISSION: To be your family's home for high quality, cost-effective healthcare.VISION: To be the model for patient-driven healthcare and physician independence.VALUES: An independent physicians' group delivering and promoting affordable patient-centered healthcare focused on:CompassionIntegrity​​AccountabilityExcellence​​

Dr. Castellone is, hands down, the most caring and knowledgeable physician! With him and his expansive group of professionals, you’ll not find better health care anywhere!

At times waiting is a big difference but the care is unequaled in the area. We love them all.

After my noon appointment I was told my prescription would be at my pharmacy by the end of the day. The day came and went and I figured stuff happens, I'll get it the next day. Friday morning I wait to hear from cvs that it's ready to be picked up. Doesn't happen. I call the office and they said they will send the doctor a message. Again, I wait by the phone for their call, and it doesn't happen. I call the office yet again and they tell me they are sending a message. The third phone call I made to them resulted in the opererator informing me the doctors office was now closed and there's nothing she could do. As if this was my fault and the first time they've heard from me. I wake up early in the morning Saturday thinking maybe I could be helped. No such luck. Again, closed office too bad. Surely Monday had to be a sure thing and they couldn't give me the run around. Wrong-it's 7pm on Monday now and I'm still getting the same crap about sent messages. Never an apology or attempt to correct whatever is going on. Completely ridiculous

Dr. Sara Montoya has been my primary care physician for many years. She has become my husband's practitioner also; i.e. our family doctor. We have recommended her to our friends and family whenever necessary. She has a genuine caring spirit about her. No complaints.
