Office expansion is complete. Added waiting room space and better check-in in place. Dr. Henderson is a caring person and Shakira is an awesome nurse.

I love all the staff here at the trolley road location. Always helpful and friendly and helped me by detecting I had thyroid cancer early enough to only need surgery on it.

Always a pleasant experience. It was difficult to find a family practitioner who takes Medicare, which is accepted here. Sometimes appointments are scheduled far in advance (maybe because they are competent here?), but I've found if you have a sudden illness where you don't need to go to an emergency hospital, you can either walk in and see somebody, or you can call for a "same day" appointment. The staff are friendly, the doctor and NP my husband and I use put you at ease, and everybody else works hard. My questions and concerns are always answered. You can't ask for much more than that.

very slack in getting back with patients after X-rays. My daughter had X-rays for a possible fracture and we have called numerous times without being able to get results. As of 3/4/2019 it’s been a week.

I have nothing but love for the doctors and staff on 4th Street in Summerville. Doctor Castellone and Amanda McFann are 2 of the finest medical professionals I've ever had the pleasure of knowing. They're kind, caring and they actually LISTEN to you. They've become part of our family.

NP Elayda is awesome. Knowledgeable, empathetic. She listens and tried to find solutions for me. She was proactive and ordered testing for me.Office staff is equally impressive AND they have a patient care coordinator who has helped me with referrals for physicians outside of their network. I’ve had a great experience here.

Originally loved this office however, the last 5 times I have called to make an appointment, they tell me they are weeks out, to go to urgent care.They do not try to accommodate, at all. Even though they have multiple offices, they will not you allow to visit another office, in the event you need to be seen quickly.

After my noon appointment I was told my prescription would be at my pharmacy by the end of the day. The day came and went and I figured stuff happens, I'll get it the next day. Friday morning I wait to hear from cvs that it's ready to be picked up. Doesn't happen. I call the office and they said they will send the doctor a message. Again, I wait by the phone for their call, and it doesn't happen. I call the office yet again and they tell me they are sending a message. The third phone call I made to them resulted in the opererator informing me the doctors office was now closed and there's nothing she could do. As if this was my fault and the first time they've heard from me. I wake up early in the morning Saturday thinking maybe I could be helped. No such luck. Again, closed office too bad. Surely Monday had to be a sure thing and they couldn't give me the run around. Wrong-it's 7pm on Monday now and I'm still getting the same crap about sent messages. Never an apology or attempt to correct whatever is going on. Completely ridiculous
