None of the people in this office is a doctor they are either nurse practitioner or physicians assistant but there’s not a doctor in this office I will be finding me a doctor as I don’t trust what they are doing here in the office who knows maybe the nurses are not even koala for picture of blurred or give shots what a disgrace to our community

It is horrible that this office is impossible to deal with. Twice I walked thru their door and was told I had to leave..The 1st time. They said I had possible covid symptoms..and could not see me. I went to Roper urgent care. Got in the exam room immediately and tested negative for covid.. 5 minutes after I walked in their door.I had pneumonia!! 2nd time thrown out because of possible covid symptoms.. I told her I had tested negative and had already had both virus shots. Eventually back to Roper urgent care.. no covid bronchitis. ..again 5 mins after I wa

Called to make an appointment. I tend to get sinus infections this time of year. They said they couldn’t see me because my symptoms were similar to covid and they aren’t seeing patients with covid symptoms in office. This is a doctors office and that’s completely ridiculous! I ended up having to go to an urgent care office. My experience was amazing and sure enough, I have a SINUS infection. No offense, but it’s a year since covid started, and there are a lot of sicknesses with symptoms similar to covid. I won’t be back! This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues. They’ve forgotten me in a room before for an hour and then tried to charge me for an extended visit. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else.

My appointment been since 2:00pmstill not seem nobody and it 2:55 and ppl came in after me and already seem the doctor and going for the day.

The doctor I saw said a lot of good things and seemed like a good person but never followed thru on what he said he would do. I've been waiting days for prescriptions even after multiple calls and a second in person visit. They said they would call and never did. Guess I will find another doctor. 🤷

I have no problem at all with my doctor she’s a sweet heart Candice Jones❤️ Be with this office 13 years❤️What I do have a problem with is the rude, disrespectful, atmosphere with the front office workers. There should be a better atmosphere with them! The first ones you see and talk to! The one at first window very nasty, and rude she really don’t know how to talk your patients! This is why people will not come back!

The doctors and front staff are rude! They don't even wear mask yet they tell us to wear mask when we come in the office. They kicked me out of the office when i was trying to ask them questions and never got call back on test results. they should find another profession if they treat people this way.

Absolute terrible service. They waited over a year to send a bill for services. Once received it was billed under incorrect insurance. Now they are being negligent and refusing to call and correct it and are passing the responsibility to the customer. They are also refusing service unless the incorrect bill is paid in full right away. They are not trying to assist in rectifying their error in any way. This is the most unprofessional office I have ever had to deal with. The level of incompetence is ridiculous and the service and even worse. I would not recommend seeing them to anyone.

Very helpful in every way. Wouldn't use any other. Been a patient for 13yrs. Love Dr.Hogue and his staff.

While my husband was a patient of Dr. Hogue, when he got very sick, he had to see the NP's. One released him to go back to work and he ended up in the hospital the following week. When he dropped off paperwork to be filled out for work, it sat there almost one month. Although, Dr. Hogue , his nurse and Megan have been a benefit to myself and my husband, the rest of the office's practitioners are sub part and I would not recommend them.
