As most of us have (or maybe not 😀). I’ve been to several dentist offices and Orthodontist over the decades . This was by far the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had. The office feels like a spa or resort and the staff was amazing and knowledgeable! Latest technology on deck! 5 stars!

It sucks being the only one to put a bad review but I can only go off my experiance and how it made me feel. I was referred here by a dentist who I went to see about getting veneers. They stated I needed to see an orthodontist first and referred me to this place. The front desk was very nice and after all the xrays I sat in a cubicle and waited for the dentist. Dr. Reagin came in and explained I needed braces. His personality to me came off really dry and I didn't get good bedside manner vibes from him at all and not even a smile. I went home with a quote of how much braces would cost me. I called the next day asking if I should get a tooth pulled before or after braces as I forgot to ask that whwn I was there. It took them a week to get back to me after me calling multiple times. They kept saying the Melissa who can answer your question isn't here or the dentist is busy etc etc.. Why is she the only one who can answer my question about putting braces on first or getting a tooth pulled? Finally I get a call from Melissa the coordinator and she states she thinks I might be too sensitive for braces (cause I told her I have a sensitive mouth at the appt) and am I sure this is something I want to do? I was taken aback by her question but I told her I am about to pay over $7000 for braces I think that means I am sure about this. I asked how could she asume to know my sensitivity by only meeting me for 5 minutes when my dentist has no problem with my sensitivity. She says she will call me back. About 15 minutes later she calls back and says she spoke with my dentist and my dentist said she didn't give authority for me to get ortho care and they can't help me anymore. What!?! Since when did I have to have permission from someone to get braces? Plus I was referred here by a dentist who literally sent them the referral for me to come here!! I honestly felt so dissmissed by her through this whole ordeal! I could tell from the beginning she didn't want to help me and was just making excuses. Melissa made me feel so unwanted and dismissed! The next day I went to another higly rated ortho office and they put braces on the very next day and they were put on without any hassle or needed permission from a SPECIFIC dentist! Plus they were even $2000 cheaper than here! This was the WORST experiance I have ever had at a place! I so regret being referred here!! Maybe if I had dealt with someone other than Melissa my experiance here would of been different and I would of been able to enjoy it here like everyone elses reviews but unfortunatley that wasn't the case. I am only giving 2 stars because front desk was nice.

We're so happy to have found our new Orthodontist in South Carolina (we just moved from Florida). We instantly knew this was the place for us. They do everything to make you feel welcomed! Our treatment plan was and explained in detail. Thank you Reagin Ortho, for making my daughter feel so comfortable and squashing a lot of her anxiety. She was super attached to her previous Orthodontist, but this transition was made incredibly smooth!
