Dr. Castellone took my medical concerns seriously and did everything to develop a plan and solve the problem through screening and developing a solution. He kept an open line of communication with me after hours and made sure to address all my concerns. Highly recommend

I heard great things about this office from a college buddy who moved to summerville but it was not until I was let down by a series of healthcare professionals including an emergency room that I decided to drive 3 hours from my hometown Hilton Head and see if the hype was real. I saw a review on here about how it was disorganized well I thought the same thing when I first walked in the door but anyone with two eyes and not everyone in the waiting room did could see that there were four receptionists checking people in and directing the waiting room floor like synchronized conductors of a medical orchestra. What I realized between that moment and the moment when I received treatment was that this place was bustling for the right reasons everyone in Summerville trusted them. What one guy thought was disorganized was the opposite it was no bull no doctors taking breaks and making people wait while they microwaved soup for lunch... it was a staff of highly trained efficient effective individuals who knew that they had an entire city to take care of so they put their heads down and took care of it one person at a time. It was my fourth attempt at containing a painful infection on my neck and the last time I had to worry about it but in my case Dr. Reid was not able to help me alone so although he moved swiftly he made the call to slow down and call his father to help him get every tear jerking ounce of infected disgustingness out of my head a process three other doctors on hilton head didnt care to make sure happened... which is why it kept coming back and coming back and coming back. That is what I am going to do the next time I need proper healthcare Ill keep coming back and coming back and coming back... and while I wait I will enjoy the orchestra.

I can not say good enough things about this practice. In particular . Dr c. He listens to me. He is not only my dr. But i transferred BOTH my kids into his care.. he listens to each concern u have. He doesnt believe in prescribing things just to prescribe them.jo matter how anxious i am when i get their i am all smiles and happy when i leave.10 out of 10 would reccomend
