My hygienist was very understanding about my anxiety over my last cleaning and very gentle on my teeth.

New to the area and had a decent initial visit. However, follow up calls to the office regarding treatment plan and rescheduling left me on hold for more than 20 minutes with the call 'miraculously' being transferred to voice mail. A live person answered my call, put me on hold, and then hung up or sent me to voicemail, and while I'm experiencing extreme tooth pain. If first impressions matter, I'd take my chances elsewhere. I'm not happy at all.
