Does not spend enough time with patients. Will ask a question and go on to the next one before you can answer the first one. Long wait as well.

I have been a patient at Dermatology and Laser Center of Charleston for a few years now. I am always treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. Most recently I have seen Dr, Maino, she is great. Does not leave me sitting too long to be seen and she very decisive and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone looking for a great dermatology practice to visit this one!

This place is terrific, my guy John always make me at home. It's relaxed, informative and I'm in and out, doesn't get any better then Dermatology and Lazer W. Ashley

From the moment I checked in to the end of my surgery I was treated with compassion and understanding. This was my first surgery of this type and I was uneasy. Dr. John Hendrick and his assistants were wonderful!! I would recommend them highly!

Worst medical care ever received. Absolutely nothing good to say about this doctor. He completely botched my surgery. Left me with open wound which he casually dismissed and provided no treatment for same. His incision and resulting wound developed an additional problem for which I have had one treatment by my new doctor and may have to return for more surgery. Mal practice suit pending. Avoid this doctor is my best advice. Charleston has many better

The office is beautiful and very clean and everyone is very nice!! I made the mistake of buying a product, that the assistant was showing me quickly before leaving, I thought I needed to use with my RX at that time) but realized once home it was an extra (they sold) I only needed the Cereve we talked about earlier with my RX. They booked us a month later for my husbands surgery so i brought back the unopened product at my husbands appointment asking if I could be refunded for it. The girl at the front desk said they had a no return policy but will ask the office manager, then said if it was before 30 days they would have. It was few days short 30, and if you minus weekends it would be. I guess losing two patients means less to them than a Unused product refund

Laurie is incredible! She is so knowledgeable about lasers and what needs to be done based on the person. She's super personable, kind and sweet. My hair removal could not have gone smoother. Best in town for sure!

Tried botox for the first time. Staff provided education prior to the procedure. Even though it's only been a week I am starting to see the results. Will continue to to seek treatment.

I love this clinic!!! From facials to Botox, I haven't had to seek medical services, but I imagine they are fabulous there as well!! I come to Charleston every six weeks, so I see John every 12!! My favorite " shooter" to date!!! Check them out!!
