I adore Dr B but it’s impossible to get an appt when your sick. What is the use of having a PCP you can never get appts for? Also promised antibiotics if so wants better in a few days it’s now been almost a week and sun still begging for the antibiotics
Dr. Bigelow is very understanding, compassionate, listens to my needs and creates a game plan based on those needs and what he can do. He is the best primary care physician I have had yet in 28 years.
Dr. Bigelow is so knowledgeable and takes time to explain diagnoses and treatments. Great bedside manner! You may have to wait a bit, but when it's your turn, the focus is on YOU and no rushing thru an appointment. So glad he's my doctor!
New patient to the area. Dr. Bigelow is the kind of Doctor that I love to find. He listens carefully and asks and answers questions very thoughtfully. As my new primary Doctor, I feel very comfortable with him. Very lucky to find a very qualified Doctor.
Excellent first visit but WHY in the world would the Web site indicate two locations when both locations have the same address?
Excellent on all accounts. This doctor has a very bright future ahead, and has a bedside manner second-to-none. Feeling relaxed when explaining serious issues is important to me, and Dr. Bigelow actually makes you know he is listening and sincerely taking your best interests to heart. An excellent doctor and very reminiscent of a time when personal doctors made each of their patients feel coveted. Highly recommend.
I don't feel like a patient should diagnose and treat themselves. No concern to follow up on matters that concern the patient. I wish I could explain, but there isn't enough space to write my comment. All I can say that his negligence ended up with me being diagnosed with colon cancer. It was discovered by a doctor who listened!
I wish the new doctoring could be more like the old. I would love to have my heart listened to and concerns handled. I wish the computer that most Doctor's type on would be non existent in the room during my time with them.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
