List of William Hatchett's Reviews
Will. Never. Return. Front office staff extremely unprofessional with their constant chatter....could have at least closed the windows while they were talking about a caller on the phone. Dr Hatchett was arrogant, impatient, and spoke to me as though I was a 12 yr old. He spent about 2 minutes with me after entering the room, then rushed through what "his plan" of treatment would be. I will never recommend this practice and have asked my primary physician to remove them from their referral list.
I need my medical records released to dr Kessler they are not at charleston surgery center Denise Lowery
I saw Dr. Hatchett and found him condescending. I was a first time patient and he never introduced himself. He talked to distract me while he administered the foot injections. This was nice except for the topics he chose. He told me he his patients steal medical equipment like gloves and complained that he has to pay for those supplies. He also told me he taught his daughter to assume everyone you meet is stupid. I don't know why he thought this white woman would find that talk amusing. Kim in his office is condescending and rude. You are charged a $1service fee to use a debit card! I asked her to refund it because I used a medical benefits card that does not allow non-medical charges. She argued that there were signs posted but agreed to the refund right before she hung up on me. I believe they are more concerned with money than good patient care. Besides, do you want to be the "stupid " person that has Dr. Hatchett perform surgery on you? You would probably be overcharged anyway.
An excellent Doctor. Excellent bedside manor and very knowledgeable on the care needed for the diabetic foot.
This doctor is the worst and his staff is rude waited 6 months for orthopedic because the first one was made wrong I went threw pure hell without the right ones the staff would not let me talk to the doctor to let him know what was going on I will never go their again
Seen dr. Hatchett at moncks corner office for orthotics told him last time I had orthotics was 15 years ago he asked who my doctor was and I said I could not remember his name and doctor hatchett replied he could remember what he ate 15 years ago!! Ya right
Dr Hatchett is the worst .. bedside manner zero recent visit was very disappointing ... did not suggest why or how the inflammation or pain in my foot may have happened prescribed arthritis cream yet did not mention anything about arthritis ...asked me no questions nor provided any suggestions on how to heal or avoid future issues... use cream for three weeks and if it does not help we can do an injection (injection of what or why?) If I could tell my insurance company not to pay him I would do just that.... NOT RECOMMENDED
One word: Horrible!!! Hatchett is the worst podiatrist ever. I am a diabetic and he allowed the ulcer on my toe to get to the point where it had to be amputated. If there were zero stars, I would choose it. When my foot got worse and I was about to lose toes, he refused to come to the hospital to treat me. I am surprised that he still has a license.
Excellent dr. Dr hatchett is a excellent and does great on surgery's. Spends time with you. Absolutely the greatest foot dr around.
I loved him he is very imformative and makes sure you are taken care of.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
