Dr. Leonard is the best. I continue to get good advice and feedback. Thank you. Upon checking in, I was charged for uncollected copays from 2021 and 2022. While I realize they are my responsibility, they should have been collected in 2021 and 2022 and not all at once in 2023. I am always prepared to pay my co-pay when I go to my appointment, so if uncollected, that is on them. That is my only complaint from this visit.
