Prisma Health's Online Review Report Card

I want to say that most of the comments I have read from the individual posts are from folks that are not very compassionate about what the staff is/has been dealing with throughout this pandemic. I actually had an ER visit there with my cousin this evening with excruciating pain. It ended up being a LARGE kidney stone and she was taken to surgery right away. I want to thank Dr. Carr personally as she went out of her way to make sure the diagnosis was correct. The staff was wonderful in taking care of her and the situation. Thanks once again! BTW we only waited 5 minutes in the ER before she was taken back to a room. Please be patient with our medical staff wherever you go as they are short staffed and overworked like all other businesses! God bless our caregivers!!

The waiting time is so long I’m in pain

I had the best experience today and I wish I could remember more names but Brooke, virginia, dr. Triz smith along with his father, dr. Robert Jones and SOOOO many more nurses were AMAZING. I felt LOVED and CARED FOR at that hospital today. Thank you everyone at the day surgery center

Should give it a complete negative number tbh! I had a mental breakdown last week and got treated like trash. All they had to do was ask for my arm instead of strapping me down! And if they looked at my medical records like they were supposed to none of that would have never happened. I didn’t take a bath or brushed my teeth until the day I had to leave. They wonder why people hate going to hospitals. And they misdiagnosed me seriously I’m not an anorexic. All I do is eat I have a high metabolism dumb nurses and doctors they have there. Thanks for the traumatic experience .

Do you think you can force me to do something against my will again id like to see you try

Worst experience of my life. Went there with extreme side pain and muscle spasms didn’t get seen for 9 hours even though their were barely anybody patients there. Nurse didn’t put the right dates on my work and school excuses. And on top of that they didn’t give me a copy of my prescription. Called back up there and the front desk hag told me I have to come back up to the hospital sign in and wait. When I asked why she hung up on me. I AM DISGUSTED. ONLY GO IF YOU WANNA DIE THERE.

Understaffed as usual. !!!!!!!!!!!!

My dad has received excellent care while here. Everyone from medical staff to cafeteria to cleaning department has been so nice, attentive and professional. Way to go! And thank you! We are lucky to have you here!

I would like to personal thank Heather and Jenna for being such awesome nurses on the pediatric floor. You two are very hard workers and you have a passion for what you do and it shows. You gave me a since of security when it came to my baby boy and I can’t thank you enough for that. I hope your endeavors on this career takes you far. With Blessings galore.

Not able to see my wife in the ER because she hasn’t popped up on “their patient board yet” after the ambulance just dropped her off and then the staff had an attitude with me after asking if she was here and if I was in the right place.
