Disappointed with service ,my daughter didn't receive the best care for her condition...I don't even feel like going into full detail but our experience here was disappointing I ended up taking her to MUSC and received everything she needed she had her surgery on yesterday and today she's on the road to recovery...my advice to this particular location is show a little more concern for your patients by making them feel like you really care about their condition no one should have to repeatedly call for information when there's administration that's suppose to keep you inform and said that they would..my child almost went into a depression due to the lack of concern and compassion but I'm happy for those patients whose experience was better.

The atmosphere is ok & most of the staff is friendly! Dr. Jessica is nice & she listens to your concern & ask the questions that is needed for your care. She's patient & understanding as well. I highly recommend SC ENT for allergy treatment.
