I scheduled a appointmebt at 10:34 am today for a 11:58 appointment. It is now 1:12 and so I asked why we had been waiting for over a hour and they forgot to check him in. So we have been seated for over a hour and a half. This place is a joke it is not under staffed. They say they only have one doctor today. Not a great experience at all how do you forget a child with a fever and weakness.

My Daughter went in on a Friday with sore throat and fever. She tested Wednesday at the pharmacy for Covid which was negative. They retested her at the clinic, again negative. Sent her on her way with a Z-pac and told her it was strep.(never testing her for anything else) Sunday she was markably worse and when we called they told her it takes 72 hours for the antibiotic to work. She returned on Tuesday with absolutely no relief and in fact feeling worse. They sent her to the ER where they treated her for dehydration, severe tonsillitis, and viral pharyngitis.

Online registration was not available. So we went to the Market Common site and signed in. After 1 1/2 hours, my wife still had not seen a doctor so she asked how long it would be. She was told there were 10 people ahead of her -- but there was no none in the lobby. The receptionist said they could be in their car in the parking lot or on the way but they were "ahead" of my wife. She left. Later that day, Doctors Care called her and said that if she came in at 9:00 am they would see her. She arrived on Sunday morning at 9:03 and didn't see a doctor until 11:30am!! This is not Care, it is bureaucratic nonsense!!

I've been here several times and it just gets worse n worse every time. They have NO staff much so you have to wait for hours. And they don't care, slow as molasses. I've been using this place as my Primary Care Provider but that is over. Done with this organization.

For a walk-in clinic this was a nice one. Common areas and rooms were clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Having online check-in will be useful for my next visit.
