List of John B Eberly's Reviews
A family practice doctor's office that's just about like every other big business out there these days. "It's our way or the highway. You can't do anything about it, and we don't care because we don't have to." Like everybody else, they're just trying to squeeze every penny out of you that they can. Force visits every six months if you want to keep an RX that you've been on for the better part of a decade? No thanks, I'll find somebody else.
My family left this practice several years ago du to Dr. Eberly's practices. He was prescribing things that were dangerous to my husband's health and referred me to an allergist who was like Dr. Eberly...didn't care about the person...only add more meds to fix the symptoms and not figure out the problem.
Dr Eberly has been my GP for years, always liked him and felt I was under good care.
Love him.
Dr Eberly has been me doctor for almost 30 years. Enough said.
I’ve had Dr Eberly for about as many years he has been in practice. I’ve been pleased with him, otherwise I wouldn’t have stayed with him. He like most Drs - long waits sometimes, is not as forthcoming as I might like but much better lately. He has no problem referring to specialist. I’d consider him above average Among many doctors in most respects, excellent in others. My wife also uses him.
I always have a good experience at Dr. Eberlys office he is always on time and never makes me wait. Always is informative and kind.
this Dr had no concerns for me. all he could say was that I had alot of doctors (specialist). he never asked me about my health except if I had a hysterectomy. then started talking about he does not prescribe pain pills. I had asked the nurse for a referral to a pain clinic and IF POSSIBLE a bridge over for a prescription to help with my pain. he never asked how I was feeling, if I needed anything, could he help me any way. I would never refer anyone to him. he is horrible.I have several pain and muscle diseases is why I am looking for help with pain management
Dr. Eberly would rather write prescriptions than to figure out what is actually causing your symptoms. He did not bother to look at my husbands lab results and just wrote him prescription to help with his symptoms. A month later he lands in urgent care because Dr. Eberly never bothered to review the results of the lab test, that clearly showed what the real problem was. The urgent care doctor was shocked that this was missed by a doctor and recommended we a get a new physician immediately!
Gave me samples of victoza, I'm not even pre-diabetic. So I'm not close to being a diabetic, just overweight! Gave Benzos at a rough time when I had anxiety , not for a short while but months. Then abrublty ended meds, No tapper. It was bad, I had bad withdrawals, and a seizure. I know more about meds, now, than him and im a welder! Quack! Don't trust him. After all that fun I decide to find a new doctor, and that's would I would HIGHLY recommend anyone reading this to do.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
