Dr. Richey is very caring and detailed. He could recite my complete medical history within ten minutes of my arrival.
I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. I had covid last July and Aug and with God's help they saved my life. They moved me from Hillcrest to North Greenville. I had the best Doctors and Nurses. I spent 28 days in the hospital and 13 days on the ventilator I know without them I would have died thank you for saving my life and working hard.
Saved my life. Was transferred from downtown Greenville with COVID. I am convinced that being there saved my life. Excellent care for COVID. This is COVID specific facility. Thank you to all who cared for me both physically, emotionally, and spiritually. You are a "God Send".
Building is run down and unkept. Personnel seemed as thrilled to be there as I was.
My grandmother is at this hospital with COVID 19 and pneumonia and is 82 years old. She presses the button for help and will wait 20 to 30 minutes for them to get there and provide any assistance. Last night it took them 30 minutes for them to show up and assist her using the bathroom. Keep in mind this hospital has under 50 beds. This place is a disgrace and you will do good to keep your loved ones far far away.
I was on the phone with my grandmother for two hours while she was screaming in pain for help and couldn't find the button to press because she can't see. I had to call and ask them to go in there and they hung up my phone call on her phone when they came in. She could of died those two hours and it would of been from poor care. I feel like she is being treated like an old lady who is going to die anyway. I know there are hard working nurses up there, but there are bad ones too.. please keep her safe. And when I bring food you guys need to ACTUALLY give it to her and not just throw it away while she is not eaten anything in days
I have had to come to the emergency room 3x's ... twice for my husband and once for my mom, everytime our experience has been excellent.. the staff had been friendly, caring, professional and efficient. I have requested my mind's doctors to schedule her tests here such as MRI'S.
So my husband goes to have his hand looked at its broken. They were fast and friemdly and helpful. Gave him a splint and a prescription. Go to the pharmacy and the dr who wrote the prescription is only licensed in Ohio and they womt fill it. So had to drive all the way back across town to get a new script by an actual sc doctor and go all the way back across town to fill it and come all the way back to the other side of town to me. Such a hassle. And when I call to find out what to do their rude receptionist tells me he should come all the way back lf course like it's thw dumbest question ever
People were nice but the facility is coded as a "skilled nursing facility" not a hospital. You will end up paying the whole bill even if you get an approval from Prisma from your insurance company due to Prisma's coding. Call your insurance company before you use this facility for MRIs, Xrays, CT Scans, etc. Prisma billing is horrible to deal with. Did receive a call back from corporate about my billing issues after posting on Google but I had already filed an appeal with my insurance company and resolved the issue on my own.
I wouldn’t recommend anyone go there! We got in and got a room quick but took over 2 hours to get results.. then because my child was fussy and tired one of the ladies made us close our door and there was no air in that room. They didn’t even help really. My mom’s blood pressure was up so high and they sent her home... Greenville memorial is way better!! I’m never going back to this hospital! Btw we were seen by Daniel Lewis Cranston, DO

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
