They treat their patients like trash. I guess you can do that when you are the only dentist in town. They schedule patients during their lunch. I went there when my tooth hurting which is preventing my from eating on that side. Dentist told me I had to schedule again to get that done. Because he didn't have the time. That's was the purpose I scheduled the appointment initially! Recipectionst told They would call me to schedule the appointment. That was 4 months ago.

My insurance refused to pay for services that I didn't ask for, but Union Dental Group did anyway. I also told them that I had moved and gave them my new address, 6 months later, they still send mail to my old address. My experience with them has been awful. The receptionist hangs up on me every time I try to talk about the charges. I would give them less than 1 star if I could.
