They are ok for the American way but for us from other countries we feel like if we were just one more number instead of a person..

Dr. Lewis always has the best of intentions for her patients. She also takes into consideration your views on issues and combines a mixture of her own ideas with the patients to meet truly individualised care plans. Love this doc.

Dr Lewis helped me through an ectopic pregnancy and I was doing my infertility treatment with her, but the office is awful, just terrible, whenever you call for appointments (that are timed and have to be on a certain date) they transfer you to a nurse, that never pickup the phone, so you have to leave a voicemail, they take forever to call you back, next day or 2 days later, which it doesn't help if you only have a limited time to book the appointment. When they do call you back thy only have appointments in the middle of the day, nothing at a decent time. Also when you call you have to explain everything to every person that they transfer you to, and it's your problem if you're not happy to tell them you can't have a baby and that's why you're calling. For this month I needed an ultrasound and couldn't schedule it, the staff was rude and disrespectful, I asked to speak to a manager, when the manager called me back she was also rude and the first thing out of her mouth was: if you're not happy go somewhere else, and that's how they treat their patients.... I asked her for options, to get the appointment at a different time, or location, she told me she was going to text me or email the information, as I was driving, and never did. I called back the next day to say I was still waiting for her email or text and she didn't care, no apologies or anything. I told her the doctor was great but I didn't want to deal with her or her staff as they're all rude and unhelpful. She sent me a letter in the mail saying they will no longer serve as my healthcare provider. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS, SO LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE, SPECIALLY IF YOU'RE TRYING TO HAVE A BABY AND CAN'T, BECAUSE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PROBLEMS OR YOUR FEELING, ONLY ABOUT THE $$$$.

Dr. Lewis and her staff offer a level of professionalism that is unsurpassed. They are extremely kind, helpful and knowledgable. They make me very comfortable and explain everything very clearly. I would recommend Dr. Lewis and her staff to anyone.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Lewis and the way she practices. She will always spend enough time with me to make sure I understand everything and I don't have any questions. She takes the time to fully understand what I'm explaining and she is thorough. She does run late sometimes, but she delivers babies and women have issues. She doesn't rush through appointments, and sometimes she has an emergency to take care of. It's going to put her behind. I can't believe people complain about that in their review and can't figure out why she might be running late. She delivered my second baby and it was the best experience. If we weren't done having kids, I'd choose her again. She is now helping me with another issue. I just can't say enough good things about her. She's the best.

First of all I waited an hour to see this doctor and it was not worth it. She spent 6 minutes in the room with me and left. Didn't seem to care about me, just about getting in and out of the room. Very bad experience. I will not be going back

Dr. Lewis is the most compassionate Dr. I have ever met. I lost my first child while in her care and she then delivered my second child and was so caring and knowledgable!! She exemplifies what an MD should posess! Her sense of humor is also a plus (the only downfa ll to her practice is the fact that there is a long wait to be seen).

Wow, what a great experience I had there. The doc was so frienly and talkative. She made me feel comfortable and at ease when I was telling her about my situation. I left the office feeling like I was special.

I have seen Dr. Lewis for 3 years now and NEVER AGAIN. She spent more time talking to me about her and where she went to medical school instead of the problem I came to her about. I wound up in the ER because of her. When I complained to the office workers at her office on my way out, one of them said that if I wanted a doctor instead of a friend, I should see one of the other doctors. I spoke to a nurse I knew about this who knows Dr. Lewis and she said everybody knows Dr. Lewis tells you what you want to hear and not what is true. I am going to another doctor.
