You always hope for getting a good doctor but also having one with great bedside manner - Dr. Otto is the total package. He is my husband's ENT. Performed nasal polyp surgery in the past. When surgery was completed, took me into private room (where I saw other doctors talking to family members in the main patient waiting area). Took his time explaining everything, but also answered my questions. I didn't feel rushed or that I was keeping him. He also called my husband to follow up after the surgery. What doctor calls a patient nowadays. It really shows that he cares about his patients. My husband continues to see him on occasion and was referred to another colleague for a special therapy which is working wonderfully. We cannot thank him enough. My daughter has also seen him and had a wonderful experience. If anyone is looking for a solid ENT, go to Dr. Otto.

I have suffered with serious sinus infections for over 50 years.After seeing Dr. Otto, Dr. Kim I have had very few sinus problems.You have some problems with getting your messages to him but all is worth it.Very thorough and personable.If you have sinus problems this is the specialist you want to see.

This place scheduled me an appointment on the 10th of March 3 months ago and canceled it on me 1 week prior of the appointment. They rescheduled me another appointment on the 23rd of March and once again canceled my appointment on the 17th of March. I thought this was a good place to go but I refuse to go to osu again.

Dr. Otto is the most amazing medical professional and person. He takes his time with patients and makes you feel at ease. I credit him with giving me a quality of life I didnt know if I would ever have again. Thank you Dr. Otto.

Dr. Otto is probably one of the best doctors i've ever seen. He truly will fight to find a cause to your issue, fight to fix it, and will not give up unless there truly just is no other way. I was sent to him because I was recommended surgery by another ENT I had been seeing, but did not have practice rights to the only hospital my insurance covers here in columbus. He actually didn't end up doing surgery right away with me, as he wanted to avoid that option if possible, but he's done two surgeries with me, and the care provided has been ABSOLUTELY exceptional. You're not just a case or a number to him. He views you as a person and wants to treat you as a whole, not just by your condition. ABSOLUTELY would recommend to ANYONE in search of an ENT.

I was referred to Dr. Otto for a second opinion regarding surgery. Dr. Otto is one of the best. He spent ample time with me, answered all of my questions and took great care of me before, during and after surgery. Highly recommend.
