I found nothing to complain about. Dr. Sarmiento was thorough and knowledgeable, and cool in a crisis. I would certainly recommend her.
Office is very unprofessional — The care team is definitely unprofessional Dr Greene is very dismissive she does not care about your feelings or having to hear what you have to say regarding your health — not the nicest thing in that office. If you’re pregnant or struggling to I highly suggest finding a new office. They change nurses like panties and majority of the time you won’t see your actual doctor you’ll see another one. I dealt with my first pregnancy here and wish to continue my others else where. It took them entirely too long to even see me once I stated I was pregnant even after experiencing bleeding they still was dismissive. Save yourself the gas and pass
I transferred with Dr Jones back over 18 years ago to this office from Baptist and sad to say how the office staff and service is so poor now. It's clear they are not in it for helping n support women. My recent appointment I felt unwelcomed from the front desk staff to the nurse to being pressured to have a non required surgery. Safe to say I will be finding a new doctor. Women please always advocate for yourself and get second opinions even if they have been your doctor for years.
The only good thing to come out of my experience with CWP is, as a young woman, I learned I can advocate for myself and find new providers. When I expressed concerns about difficulty to conceive, Dr. Jennifer Green told me she “could not in good conscience” prescribe something like Clomid until I lost at least forty pounds. That bigger women meant bigger babies and potential complications. I started tearing up in her office and she met me with a cold, “why are you crying?” She then sent me to Health Directions (an LMC gym). No further discussion. I switched to Prisma. They diagnosed me with PCOS immediately and were so compassionate and educational through my journey. As I sit here writing this review, I’m watching my very healthy four month old, who was born at 7lbs 13oz, after an effortless delivery, and dream-like pregnancy. So thank you LMC and Dr Green for being the worst. You drove me right into the offices of the best!
Dr. Jones is the best doctor EVER!!! ❤️❤️❤️🤏🏽🤏🏽
Dr. Jones and Dr. Reed are the best! Both are so informative and reassuring! Wonderful doctors ❤️
Dr. Hicks is amazing! She actually listens to your concerns. Mrs. Jerry was incredibly helpful with scheduling my hysterectomy. Mrs. Andy is on top of things with issues with prescriptions. Every staff member that I have had interacted with are so nice and friendly. Dr. Hicks herself called me days after having the surgery to ask me how I am feeling and asked if I had any questions or concerns. I was really shocked when the dr herself took the time to call me. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Hicks and her team
If I could give a 0 rating I would this office doesn’t even deserve a 1. I give a warning to all pregnant women DO NOT GO HERE!! They will lie, gaslight and manipulate you! They do not actually review or pay attention to your medical records. They will not give you proper care listen to your concerns and just dismiss you. If you are a high risk patient they will not properly care for you either and waste your time! Management is horrible, doctors and some of the nurses are rude, liars and they take things personally! Missy, nurse Andie, Dr. Sarmiento, Dr. Reed, Michelle Toole be aware of those women(honestly the whole practice). Imagine wanting or processing a transfer due to you not being happy with your care and they try to give you a full dismissal from the practice(even if you see other care givers) because you stated you weren’t happy with the care? Being unhappy with care doesn’t warrant a dismissal from a practice and then they try to backpedal and correct themselves. Worst and most unprofessional medical team. The 3.0 rating speaks for itself!
I love Carolina Women's it'll always hold a special place in my heart! They cared for me with 2/3 of my boys 19 month age difference after all that the entire staff feels like family. Dr. Reid has the best bed side manner she was my assigned doctor for both pregnancies but I also can't recommend Dr. Hicks, Dr. Lambert, and Dr. Jones enough. Dr. Jones and Dr. Lambert actually delivered each of my babies and it was a wonderful experience. All the nurse practitioners and nurses are amazing too! I'm kind of sad my 3rd was my last because I actually enjoyed my appointments. It'll be weird only coming once a year from now on! I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews but everyone was always really friendly and I always felt like they were genuine and never rushed me away with any of my concerns. I can't recommend this practice enough and Lexington hospital is the best hospital to give birth in!
I’ve been coming to Womens Vista for over 9yrs and this place is amazing unfortunately Dr. Moore retired and now I started seeing Dr. Reed and today was my second visit with her and she took the time to listen to my concerns. Also had a mammogram done on the same day and office, nothing like a one stop shop. Thank you again

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
