Dr. Reynold was extremely unprofessional during my visit. My husband and I went to him for a follow-up because my blood test came back negative, even though I was still having clear pregnancy symptoms. Instead of listening, he dismissed everything and told me not to focus on my symptoms. He insisted that every pregnancy test I took was a false positive and told me I was never pregnant. He refused to show us the ultrasound images or explain the findings. He claimed what was on the scan was “a big cyst,” and then told me to “go on ChatGPT” to figure out what was happening to me. He also tried to pressure me into taking conception pills, even though I kept explaining that my symptoms felt exactly like pregnancy. After leaving the appointment, I requested my ultrasound images from the office. When I finally received them, it was clear that what he called a cyst was actually my baby. I am pregnant, and the ultrasound he didn’t want me to see showed exactly that. He also told me it was “impossible” for me to be pregnant because of my history with PCOS, which is completely untrue. Many women with PCOS get pregnant naturally — I am one of them. Because of this whole experience, I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. The way he treated me was rude, dismissive, and dangerously inaccurate.

Excellent experience Dr Reynolds is a very kind, caring man. He takes time to explain & listens attentively. This was my very first visit & I was well pleased. He has a great sense of humor too! I highly recommend him!

While the care received was adequate…the office staff, particularly the billing department was unprofessional, rude and not helpful. I requested a refund (owed me over $300). I called Several times and was told the accountant was only in 1time a week and it would take up to 45 days to process. 45 days pass still no refund, I called and the billing person was rude and hung up on me when I expressed my frustration. I asked to talk to a manger when I called back and was hung up on again. It’s now mid June and still no refund. Not happy

This was my first time at this location, I was able to be seen same day I called which was great. The wait was longer than I expected. Other than that staff was great , nice , great attitudes. Dr.Freddie Reynolds was nice and knowledgeable.
