As a pt with a chronic urological problem that has been seen twice for the same thing ,having a known diagnosis and treatment I find it ridiculous to come into the office for repeat exam and tests just to get a med refill. Now we are in the midst of a panendemic and I am 71 years old , to come into the office is a risk . Is it unreasonable during this time to just refill over the phone?

Always found him spending the desired time with me and answering fully my questions about current and prospective treatment. Wants a collaborative decision about treatment. Very engaging and down to earth. My favorite comment by him, "This procedure is not very fun" - Reply - "Well doc, which one of your procedure are...?

Had a great experience with Dr Brightbill. His staff was able to work me in and schedule my surgery for the next day. Very pleased with my visit and his staff!!

Dr Brightbill seems like a good doctor unfortunately the rest of his staff, except for one nurse that checks me in, seem to have no concern for the patients at all. I have waited no less the an hour for my appointments. The second appointment when I was to get test results I was handed over to the PA who treated my like an account number and seemed to forget that I was a human. The nurse reassured me that she would call me back the next day with answers to my questions but when I called again and finally got a call back ,4 business days later ,the nurse acted like it was a real inconvenience that I wanted to know about my health. The PA complained about being busier than they should be and that translate into poor patient care.
