My wife and I visited this clinic for her checkup and, to put it mildly, we were so put off by the receptionist that we will not be returning. She wanted my wife to run her card since we were self pay. I looked at the card reader and did not see an amount. Several things happened in just a brief few seconds that completely threw me. First, when I inquired as to the amount, the receptionist immediately turned rude and said, as if I should know, "I cannot discuss this with you since this is her file." I said I understood. Second, she got all blustery when I made the comment that I would like to know since I pay the bills and before I could go further to get my wife to ask, she insisted that she was not going to lose her job by not following the rules. I understand rules, I worked in retail for 20+ years, quite a few in management, and rules are a requirement to follow. But so is customer service. ANY CUSTOMER FACING POSITION NEEDS TO LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE. I walked away before I lost my cool even more. There was additional back and forth in there but that was the gist. My wife was on the verge of just cancelling anyway and leaving at that point but we decided she needed to go through with it since appointments were so far out. We had waited 2 months for this one. But the drama did not stop there. While in the waiting room, with the windows to the reception area shut, we could hear her talking about us, me in particular, in a loud way so the entire waiting area could hear. In addition, other items (about customers it seemed) that were not work related were discussed. It does credit to the other associates that responses from them were not heard, just the receptionist. My wife goes through with the appointment and we leave. She decides that something needs to be said and tries to call in to speak with the office manager about this receptionist and that person was not answering their phone. She left a message for that person about the incident then tried to call again today and got the same deal. Still no response to a valid customer complaint. What is most bothersome about all of this is that it appears they do not value customers at all. How hard would it have been to turn to my wife and ask her to sign the release or just ask, "Ma'am, while I can't tell him due to regulations, would you like me to tell you the amount?" And then, if she had a problem, how hard would it have been to keep her voice down and discuss customers and the problem she has with them away from where others can hear? Furthermore, how hard is it to call a customer back when there is an issue with their own staff?
The woman at the front desk (blonde/gold colored hair, and wearing clear, tan-ish tinted glasses) was extremely rude and unwelcoming. When I tried to pay with my credit card, the card machine did not display an amount that I would be charged. My husband, who was waiting with me, asked what the charge would be. We *BOTH* wanted to know. The woman immediately became hostile and snapped at him, saying that I was already told the amount when I made the appointment, and it was against their policy for her to say the amount to anyone except me. My husband tried to explain that he wanted to know for paying bills/finances. She continued to berate us and said that she would not be losing her job because of him. I asked her the amount myself, per her instruction, and she finally said it. We completely understand the privacy policy, but she could have been calm and professional when she explained it. As I filled out paperwork, I heard her loudly complaining to other staff members about my husband. She also talked about someone's "raggedy butt", going to the Dominican Republic, making someone want to leave their husband, etc. The glass windows of the desk were closed, we were sitting all the way across the waiting room, and we could still hear her saying these things. Dr. Jamie Hamilton was nice enough, but there is no excuse for the nasty and unprofessional behavior in the reception area.
Dr. Reynolds is truly an amazing provider. He is compassionate, patient, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. During difficult and emotional moments, his professionalism and genuine care made all the difference. "HE IS ONE in a BILLION" Many members of his staff are also wonderful, kind, respectful, and supportive. You can tell they care about their patients. I would highly recommend this office.
Wonderful staff and Dr Reynold’s really explains everything he does. Great place to go .
Absolutely never again, no care at all
While the medical care itself was routine, the communication around test results was handled poorly. Results were released right before Christmas without adequate explanation of uncertainty or the need for confirmation, which led to unnecessary stress, confusion, and emotional turmoil. As a result of the initial false positive, the spouse was advised to take antibiotics due to alleged exposure, unnecessarily putting him at risk for medication side effects. After repeat testing later showed negative results, it became clear that all of the hardship, conflict, and distress endured by our family was for nothing. The timing and handling of this situation prevented us from enjoying the holidays with family and caused severe strain on our marriage and close friendships. Clearer, more cautious communication and confirmation protocols could have prevented a great deal of avoidable harm.
Dr Reynolds is the absolute best! I have been his patient for 32 years. He is thorough, never rushes with you and will take every step needed to address any concern he may have, or you have , with your care! He is compassionate, smart and wise and he truly listens and always has wise feedback for you. I have always been in the best care under him and could not recommend more!
The receptionist was very rude and when it comes to the workers relaying messages to the next it’s never done and oh let’s not forget your business is out as the receptionist is loudly asking about a payment in which I’ve discussed with Lisa prior to my visit very much unprofessional
This is the most chaotic and disorganized OBG practice I’ve ever experienced. The office is messy, poorly run, and far from clean. Staff communication is nonexistent, and no one seems to know what they’re doing from one appointment to the next. Even worse, they dropped me two weeks before delivery after collecting full payment and providing months of prenatal care. No medical reason, no warning, no transition plan — just complete abandonment at the most critical point of pregnancy. This practice is unsafe, unprofessional, and not a place I would ever recommend to any expectant mother.
The receptionist is rude.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
