At times you might have a very long wait. But it also goes by whatever your illness is too. But I would much rather go to this hospital than Aiken Hospital. I can say from my experience. That the food is very good. When youre put in the hospital.

Absolute joke of a hospital from treatment down to billing. Took forever to be treated in the ER for a life threatening emergency and then because Lexington Medical staff coded my visit incorrectly my health insurance did not cover my emergency treatment though it absolutely would have had it been coded correctly then LMC refused to change the treatment codes and proceeded to try to collect almost $10000 from me and threatened to garnish my wages if I didn’t pay them. Stay away

All they care about is the money and trying to create a monopoly.

I couldnt be happier with my experience at LMC All the doctors nurses food service housekeeping etc took great care of me while I was there for cervical surgery and four days hospitalization. Much thanks to everyone at LMC

Nurses do not call family of patients back too get an update on the patient. They also act like you are putting them out and will not go above and beyond. I noticed just the South wing being this bad.

I understand a lot of people have had issues here but I just have to say that coming from NY this was the best er experience I’ve ever had. The issues I suffer with often get dismissed and I felt heard understood and cared about even if it was fake and not real it truly helped me bounce back faster I came here in the midst of a crisis and they took care of me . I wish I could remember the names but thank you so much. Thank you for hearing me responding to my needs.

I was referred to LMC West Columbia by the attending physician at LMC Saluda Pointe for chest inflammation issues related to my Covid positive condition. The next day Thursday afternoon at 1pm I was scheduled for and received an Antibody Infusion. The entire staff were outstanding They were professional yet friendly courteous and respectful. Also apparent was their genuine sincere concern for my health and safety. I would like to give a special mention to Sarah RNTechnician who gave me the infusion. She stayed with me the entire time even when her shift ended. She made me feel and know I was her patient I was at total peace and at ease with Sarah she is awesome Also the two medical staff members not sure if nurses or not DeAnne and Tamika checked me in and out. They pushed me in the wheelchair for the procedure. They were particularly informative helpful and very friendlycourteous. Again they are all outstanding peopleDavid W. Black

This was the worst er I’ve ever been to. They sat my wife right next to a COVID infected person he was very sick he was waiting in the er with 15 other people. We waited for almost 3 hours. My wife is a diabetic so I asked them to at least check her sugars they never did We waited a little while longer but it was obvious they weren’t going to even acknowledge her. They were extremely rude I realize that they r busy but a two minute sugar check wouldn’t have taken them away from anything for very long. I knew my wife couldn’t wait much longer her glucose was dropping. What ever they were doing they could have at least made sure she wasn’t going to go into a diabetic coma

This hospital only know money not care about patients’ treatment and feelings.

Excellent staff in er and ICU. Went the extra mile with patients. Facility very clean and sanitized.
