I have to go here every 4 weeks to get my treatment and so far it's been working... I haven't broken out in any hives in a long time now and I thank Dr Bykowski (sp) for sending me there... All the people who work there are registered nurses and I'm very comfortable with them they are so very friendly and they make sure that they take very good care of you I recommend this place to any and everybody

The staff and nurse were so kind and professional. It was a pleasure being there. I recommend anyone needing an infusion or just a shot to call Palmetto Infusion for the most professional people. My girlfriend had an infusion today 6/15/2022 and she hates needles but she said that she barely noticed the IV being inserted. They did a wonderful job and it was a very pleasurable experience. Thank you again for your politeness and professional support.

i have gone to palmetto infusion multiple times! across locations the staff are all so nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. they learn your name and treat you like a human being. great bedside manner. i cannot say enough good things about palmetto infusion. infusion appointments are no fun, and they still make it a positive experience.

Saturday service is where you get the best customer service. No one is stressed, and everyone is very nice, helpful, and courteous. If you need their services, and you can get there early on Saturdays, call and ask for am appointment change. You will not regret it.

Terrible service! Never had it be this difficult to get an insurance authorization submitted, especially since I need to begin treatment as quickly as possible! ***UPDATE*** So after 6 days of relentless calling and HOURS of being on the phone between Palmetto Infusion and the insurance company, finally PI has agreed they have enough for an authorization from my insurance. Now after going through a 3rd person at PI, I'm told it has to go through a 4th and 5th person before I can be scheduled for an appointment!!! Guess I'll be on the phone for hours again today just to get medical treatment!!!

I have been using Palmetto infusion since I was 17(now 31). The staff have always been friendly and helpful. They have found ways for my copay to be lower and always try to work with my insurance if there is a problem. Very comfy office with multiple private rooms. Whenever I do have to be stuck, I hardly notice them doing it. Would recommend this practice to anyone.
