Palmetto Primary Care Physicians's Online Review Report Card

Came here for an appointment with my daughter and was asked if we had face masks. We did not due to this being a short notice appointment on their lack of follow-up from scheduling. Now, I've taken unpaid time off work to bring my child in for this and you want to deny seeing her bc of a face mask. I asked the receptionist if they had 2 masks, being that this is a DOCTORS OFFICE. Their response was NO, we do not have masks here, not even 2 spares. OK so you mean to tell me you keep up with that same paper blue mask on your face all day, throughout seeing all of your patients? Thankfully the DOCTORS office ACCROSS THE HALL was nice enough to give us 2 masks so that my daughter could continue appointment shes been waiting for now for 6 months. This is ridiculous from A doctors office IMO.

I take several medicines, 2 of which I have to see the Dr. for every 3 months.If a pharmacy closes, controlled substances cannot be "transferred"!! The Dr. has to email the meds to the new pharmacy, I think that is a federal law?? I have to wait on the medicines sometimes a week after my appointment. This has happened TOO MANY TIMES TO COUNT! I don't want a new Dr., I just want some of her Staff to just Listen to me and get me my meds on time. Thanks, Barbara Groves

I never seen or heard of staff that tells you if you’ve seen another doctor you cannot come back to her office. (Which i haven’t) So what is a person to do when you could never get an appointment here! That tells a lot about their character as a person. They do not care at all! Just rude I would not refer this office...

A heads up for anyone reading this (because the office does not give you a heads up) children are not allowed inside the office because of COVID. And that is fine. It is their office and they make the rules and those rules should be respected if you are a patient. BUT HOW ABOUT YOU TELL PEOPLE THAT WHEN THEY INITIALLY MAKE THE APPOINTMENT AND BEFORE THEY HAVE TO DRIVE AN HOUR THERE JUST TO HAVE TO TURN AROUND AND GO BACK BECAUSE THEY HAVE A TODDLER. I have never been so livid at a doctor's office in my entire life.

DR Boone and staff has always made feel like I am welcome to ask questions and even "vent" a little about my job. Lol

If I could give this place a lower score I would.ever time I was there I waited over an hr.almost impossible to get an appointment and even then I was only seen for 5min.when I tried to see another dr and needed my medical records they made me wait over an hr just to then tell me I needed to pay.Their office is completely incompetent and short staffed so they don’t know what they’re doing.the dr doesn’t care and whenever you’re there people are canceling appointments due to waiting or incompetence.DO NOT GO HERE!!

I have not experienced any rude or unprofessional behavior from the staff here. They seem to be polite, personable and understanding. I currently see NP Jackson, whom is very friendly and easy to talk to, which I need in a provider. The only negatives I would give about this office is the difficulty in getting through the appointment line, but you can request appointments through their website. I did this and got an appointment the next day, so it seems to be functional.I did wait about 30 min past my appointment time on my first visit, but I think that's pretty typical (although not right, but typical).Maybe I'll end up editing this after a few more visits, but I haven't seen any issues thus far.

She is great she has had a larger amount. She has a great appearance plus she makes you comfortable
