When you go in for procedures the staff is great! I felt like Dr. Fru was more of a manager than a doctor. Just bc the only contact with her was the first initial visit and Ivf after trying timed and IUI. It took months to hear back from them after IUI.Dr. Fru did call and give a consult on IVF. Finance was suppose to call me. Never got one. I even called and had to leave message. I never heard back from them. I would love a second opinion since there was no conclusion as to why we never got pregnant. ...

We saw Dr. Cookingham. She was awesome! It was a long process and now we have a sweet baby!!! We had the best experience from the nursing staff to the financial counselor.

This office and their employees are truly amazing! I appreciate every single one of them! Thank y’all for being so kind and caring to me during this journey!!

When Dr Whitman sold it to preg a few years ago the place went to hell.

On Sept 24th we gave birth to a beautiful baby boy which would never would have happened without your help. The location in West Columbia is awful. They are impossible to get in touch with. The financial counselor is shockingly rude, derogatory, and loud. Even worse, Dr. Cookingham isn’t the easiest to talk to even when you can get in touch with her. Also, insurance didn’t cover anything the PREG a office said they would BC SHE WASN’T LICENSED IN THIS STATE according to BCBS. I now owe thousands of dollars and they have refused to respond for months. I cannot imagine a worse experience. I am searching for another clinic now but I am scarred from PREG putting me in a financial bind and lying to me. I am trying to move forward in my journey to get pregnant but now I owe a significant amount of money.If you are thinking about going to PREG at least steer clear of their West Columbia location. If you think you have problems now, don’t add rude, deceptive, impossible to reach, money hungry, unprofessional medical people to the mix. You’ll only leave with debt and disappointment.

Ms. Whitman is a great person, therefore it shines through her profession! She knows her stuff and is so sweet. She is patient and kind. This includes the rest of the staff as well, they all have the most pleasant attitude. My first visit was a great experience!Update: PLEASE BRING PREG TO THE ATL AREA!!! I have relocated to Newnan, Georgia and can’t find a reproductive clinic anywhere like PREG.

I Highly Recommend this Place for People who are trying to Concieve glad I chose this place. Dr Karenne Fru she is Awesome let’s not forget my Nurse Katelyn she is Even Better glad I have the Dr and Nurse that I have❤️ Absolutely love this Place Baby Dust to all of you👶🏼🖤.

We had a second consult appointment there today that we never got to have. We drove 1.5 hours to this office for an 11 am appointment. My husband is an attorney and had to arrange his court schedule to accommodate this appointment and needed to be back to the courthouse at a set time. At 11:30 we were told it would be another 20-30 minutes because “an established patient takes priority and needed to talk to Dr. Cookingham”. I don’t mind appointments running late, it happens at doctors offices, but I told the nurse our situation she said “well maybe you should just leave then”. So we did. No one from the office nor Dr. Cookingham called to reschedule, apologize or anything. Such a waste of time, super unprofessional office, and I can’t imagine them having any compassion if someone actually does treatments with them.

I am not surprised that others reported a lack of communication. My husband and I called several times to receive our lab results. We left several messages and no one called. You have to write the CEO to get a response. The staff keeps referring us to the patient portal to receive results but it doesn't work. This is the second time we had to write to the CEO to get any response from PREG. This is a time-sensitive matter and will be transferring care due to their lack of organization and urgency.
