PREG is the real deal. Haley, NP led us through our care process. She is OUTSTANDING along with the nurses, Katelyn and Michaella. Dr. Rouleau was brought onto our team midway and her confidence gave us assurance. My wife and I went through reciprocal IVF, even through ups and downs, we felt seen, cared for, and understood by the entire team. A fertility journey is intimate and you want a team that is both knowledgeable and comforting. I couldn't imagine going through this process with anyone but PREG. We are expecting our baby boy July 2026. Thank you to the entire team! We are so grateful.

Was happy to be working with someone/ a team who finally made me feel heard but as of lately, nobody reaches out or gets back to me. So far two failed IUI attempts and this journey has been hard on us for years and then this process has been even more discouraging and the last thing we want is to lose the relationship we had built since October…

Had to get blood work done and I don't do needles. But the ladies in the office who do the blood work, are the absolute best.

I cannot recommend PREG enough. My husband and I ended up doing IVF at this clinic after a couple of years of trying. Haley is the NP that over saw our care the entire time. She is absolutely amazing and I could not praise her enough. She always made us feel seen and heard which is very rare I feel these days. I always had lots of questions and she was very attentive and never brushed me off. Never had any issues with billing here or getting in contact with someone. All support staff and nurses are also extremely kind. Infertility is one of the hardest things to go through but PREG made it a little easier.

I will never have enough opportunities to thank Preg staff and doctors for all that they did to help us on our infertility journey. We celebrated our miracle baby’s 1st birthday yesterday. I still look at her in amazement and thank God for the courage to finally make the first appointment with Preg. She is a blessing beyond words. She was worth the struggle. I am so glad I never gave up and that everyone at Preg always gave me such hope! I only wish I had called sooner. I was afraid of the cost. In the end, I was able to afford it. Don’t let the thought of cost keep you from making the call to find out more. I also had no idea how important time is with egg and sperm health. Don’t wait thinking you have so much time. Get in there and be seen if you have been struggling for a few years. I wish I hadn’t waited a decade to chase my dream but am so glad I finally did! I’m so glad I found a practice that has state of the art equipment and facilities, and highly trained physicians and staff to help make my dream a reality!

I was referred to PREG by my OB and was told I may never be able to have a child. I saw Haley Pollack, NP first and she was exceptional. She listened, she cared, she helped me figure out what was going on inside my body and she did. I briefly saw Dr. Kathryn Imgrund and Dr. Joe Nichols and they were also both great. I am now currently almost 29 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I have Haley and PREG to thank for that. I would recommend PREG a million times over!

PREG truly lived up to all the positive reviews I read while researching clinics. Haley Pollack is OUTSTANDING. Bedside manner and truly feeling heard were extremely important to me, and she is truly world class. She made my journey feel supported, seen, heard, special, and unique every step of the way. I also worked with Dr. Nichols, Dr. Imgrund, and Dr. Payne, all of whom are incredibly knowledgeable in their specialties. From the IVF coordinators and nurses to the front desk and finance team, I felt genuine support whenever I needed it. My concerns were always taken seriously, and my emotions were treated with compassion and understanding, even during the more overwhelming moments. They took the time to respond to every question, both big and small. Oh, and their social media game is on point! The value of the entire staff is truly what sets this clinic apart and makes it worth choosing over others.

Everyone at PREG from the beginning of our fertility journey to now has been incredible. We love Dr. John Nichols, Erica Gonzalez and the wonderful woman who did all my bloodwork almost every time, Genesis. Could not have had a better experience with our pregnancy journey and are now expecting our sweet son, Elijah, in March 2026!!
