I went to see Dr Sweazy several times for kidney stones. He was surprised I had right sided pain because he said I had no stones there. He said I did have a large stone in the left kidney along with smaller stones on that side. The PA later reviewed my results with me and stated I did have stones on the right and what I had on the left was not a stone. Very frustrating.

He was “on call” when I was on the way to ER. He was called on 3 different occasions and never returned call nor contacted ER to get my status. I spoke to his supervisor at now Lexington Urology and was told he would take care of it. Don’t know that he did but I left it at that. In my opinion Scott Sweazy is a pathetic excuse of a Dr.

Had a urolift procedure on my prostrate with Dr. Sweazy after the procedure spent the night in the ER. This could have been avoided had I been given a urine bag connected to the catheter that was installed in me. As soon as I was given one at the hospital my bladder spasms blood and urine every ware (every 15 minutes ) subsided. Answered email survey sent to me by the practice no one contacted me about my problems. More concerned with profits than human life. See Dr. Sweazy at your own risk. Do not repeat my nightmare !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Sweazy identified a life threatening condition not related to what he was treating. He referred us to a collegue of his who successfully resolved the problem. Thank you Dr. Sweazy for everything.

Super physician, staff terrible. Dr Sweazy referred me to MUSC to specialist & office has had from 10/16 until 11/5 to send records. Receiving office at MUSC has called & begged since appt is Monday. They’ve not sent. Now I get to go to Charleston & may have to make a return trip because of Dr. Sweazy’s office staff that have had over two weeks to send records.

Great physician...horrible office staff. The front desk staff with their "I don't have time to deal with this right now" attitude...and then getting Gwen to send your records to the VA is a joke. Extremely rude staff!
