I love doctor Boone she is amazing unfortunately you have Angry people who decide to review the doctor as bad because of her staff is very shameful this is her work and I have seen many people will be rude and different businesses but yet people continuously give them their money Dr. Boone is a very great doctor even if her staff is not up to par

Well seems like her staff hasnt change. I made a review in 2018 about her office. How the staff are horrible. I love Dr. Boone but Im not stepping in there if that older black woman is there. Thats the main problem and the fact that Dr. Boone see these reviews she cant lie and say she doesnt. From 2018 to 2021 you have people complaining about the same thing with staff and mainly the receptionist. She still havent did a detox of her office says a lot about her also. She dont care if her patients are not satisfied because at the end of the day you can 1. Go somewhere else and 2. One person doesnt effect her money. Its sad shes not doing anything smh.

I’m convinced that the people commenting negative reviews haven’t seen or been to the same Dr. Boone as I have. I came to her in need of a primary care provider. She sat with me and actually listened and cared. I didn’t feel rushed and I didn’t feel uncomfortable. I even apologized for crying so many times upon meeting her. I struggle with anxiety and depression. The one time I’ve seen her and the plan she has me on is absolutely amazing. Between that and me getting an emotional support animal It’s worked wonders for my gut health and my mental health. Cant wait to share the great news at my follow up appointment. 1010 RECOMMENDED

Dr. Boone is very knowledgeable and friendly. However her front desk receptionist Bambi is extremely rude and unprofessional. I understand every place has protocols to follow especially since COVID19 however there is a way to respectful and professionally address that with individuals.

Ive been a patient for about 4 years and though sometimes its difficult to make an appointment im satisfied once I get there. The staff and Dr has always been nice friendly and professional to me.
