Both the in-office visits and the biopsy were done in an informative manner. Dr. Chapman does not rush his explanations and is a very relaxing and caring physician. This is a scary procedure, and he did a tremendous job.

Had my first appt this morning with Chapman.. spent less than 5 minutes with me; didn't bother to assess me nor ask what symptoms I've been experiencing with a kidney mass; went off a CT scan from ER and didn't even bother to look at my CT/Ultrasound CD that I brought with me... As a RN myself.... UNBELIEVABLE that a specialist would treat another medical professional this way.. then the practicing manager says, well most people don't have symptoms with these, 'Well I do!.' She actually covered up for him .. no surprise there!!! PATHETIC

Great surgery results..March 2021..removal of prostate.. Had second opinion with Mayo in Jacksonville...Drs. There 100% agreed with Dr Chapman's findings and treatment...We would 100% recommend this Dr and practice!!!!! And already have!!!!

Excellent surgeon, great bedside manner, informative and caring. I had robotic radical prostatectomy in 2019 and have had excellent results in cancer cure, continence, and erectile function.

I recently had a mass on my kidney that needed to be removed. Dr. Chapman and his staff were extremely helpful explaining everything and walking me through my nervousness of having this type of surgery. After surgery, my recovery went well with no complications despite bleeding issues during surgery. I appreciate Dr. Chapman's straight forward talk and appreciate him explaining things in terms that I can understand. The biopsy was cancerous but using the robotic surgery, Dr. Chapman believes that he was able to remove it all. We have follow-up appointments already scheduled.

I was referred to this urologist because I am pregnant and have a kidney stone. My primary care dr already had an ultrasound performed on me. No physical exam was performed and he acted like it was a huge inconvenience I was present. With no physical exam how could he know if my pain was back vs kidney? I am a practicing veterinarian and if I ever treated a patient like this I would be fired. I will never go back here.

Was with my mom who was having a procedure done.He explained every thing to us. I live in another state and retired from the medical field ,I felt very comfortable with him taking care of my mom and she likes him. :)

Dr Chapman is extremely competent and has a very impressive background in his field. Dr. Chapman did my surgery, removing a kidney and did so without leaving any base uncovered and prevented the return of my cancer. He made me and my family feel comfortable through the entire treatment and I still remain cancer free. I could not have had a better Doctor in every area. Very professional yet personal answering every question my wife and I had, and there were many. When my life was threatened with cancer, I was treated by the best!!

Dr.Chapman has great knowledge in his medicinefield.Very professional and willing to take time to answer any questions.Made me feel at ease with my surgery before and after.Limited amount of pain and soreness after surgery.

Those who know Dr. Chapman feel sure that the allegations are not based on facts, rather misunderstanding or misrepresentation.Dr. Chapman's professional skills are extraordinary.
