Dr. Martinez and her nurses Sue and Andrea are GREAT. They TRULY CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. They are knowledgeable. They are NOT RACIST. They treat people like human beings without judging them by the color of their skin. Dr. Martinez from Avera and Dr. Jacob Miller from Sandford clinic are the ONLY two doctors that I trust in Aberdeen.

I have had Dr. Mogen since I was a teen he delivered all 3 of my children and has seen me right up through now my elderly years. He has never rushed me or left me feeling like my concerns were not heard. My grandson goes to Dr. Martinez who is so good with the little guy.

Dr BORN WAS ABSOLUTELY RUDE DID NOT CARE TO HEAR ANYTHING THAT I WAS SAYING I WAS EXTREMALLY SICK AND JUST MOVED HERE SO WENT TO THE HOSPITAL TO GET HELP AND SAID IF YOUR NOT HERE FRIDAY DON'T BOTHER COMING BACK GO SOMEWHERE ELSE AND JUST WALKED OUT DIDN'T CARE THAT I WAS SICK DID NOT EVEN BOTHER TREATING ME!!!! I DO NOT GAVE HATE IN MY HEART UNTILL I MET HER! I DON'T BELIEVE SHE SHOULD EVEN HAVE A LICENSE TO PRACTICE.

Some of the doctors there don't care about the patient. They allow you to talk during the visit but they are not really listening to your health concerns. It seems like they don't even bother to read your medical chart before they start you on medication. Some of them have make me feel like they don't care about my health and their attitude is like they just don't want to treat me. Well, I do have to say that I had a very good experience with Dr. Kathryn Martinez. Dr. Martinez takes the time to listen to the patient. She will visit with you and she will listen to you and your concerns. She will choose a treatment plan and explain to you why she is choosing this treatment plan for you and explain to you how it could help you. I truly believe that Dr. Martinez was born to be a doctor. She is a caring person. She is not in the business for the money. She's not like some doctors that don't care about the patient's health, they just care about the money that they can get from the patient.

Doctors here are amazing with little kids and did amazing with my little guy. It was kind of a long wait to see our doctor, but the visits always go well and quick after we get in

Dr Snow and her staff are absolutely wonderful, but Sadie the front desk receptionist could use some training in customer service.

The lady at the front desk named Kelly was absolutely terrible, did not want too help me out and did not explain herself clearly and then got mad at me for not understanding her. The manager is a great guy and cleared up the problem.
