There was a miscommunication about the time of my appt. When I showed up for when I thought my appt was, they told me it was policy that I couldn't reschedule. I've never encountered a facility with that policy, let alone a mental health establishment. I'm a very busy mother of two that waited for a month for that appt, so that was a real bummer. Hopefully, in the future, they can be more understanding for honest mistakes or have better communication skills.
