Terribly disappointed in my single visit. If you are in need of care, go anywhere but here. Nurses were in a rush to get me out of the office and told me I would walk in 2 days with a busted ankle. I didn’t walk in 2 days; it took about a month in reality. I urge you to keep a wide berth!

Anytime I come here I'm always told the same thing, go to Walmart and buy Dayquil and Nyquil, told me that when I had an upper respiratory infection and covid, they keep sending me bills months after me and my wife have been here, i mean anywhere from 3-6 months later and whenever I go in to make a payment they tell me that they had to send it to Sioux Falls so now I have to go hunt down sioux falls number or go there to whichever one they sent it to to pay it off, I will not be coming back no clinic should be this ridiculous!!

I won't come back to see a doctor here again and that sucks I use to think so highly of the clinic even when friends would recommend not coming here...

I love how well I am treated here, I have been a patient for over 15 years and with the excellent care I have recieved from PRN Sarah Sapp & her team, I do not see myself going anywhere else anytime soon.

They take to long to attend you... You could be waiting there for an hour and still nothin … I’m not saying this happens all the time but they do take 20mins - 1hour to attend you.. other then that I would say they are good doctors

Dr. Amy Bakker at urgent care is an excellent doctor. 💗 Her work is person-centered. She is what a true healthcare worker is, helping the patient in every way she can. She is an active listener and I am so thankful she worked so hard to become a doctor because every doctor should be like her! She wasn’t in a hurry during our visit. I felt cared for as a patient. I’m so glad she works for Avera! Avera is lucky to have her! :)
