I have been taking my father to Dr. Cecil for every appointment for the pas 4 years and find him to be a very intelligent, articulate and kind doctor.

He is rude arrogant and over speaks you...I had him at the ER I have bad female problems and was there 3 days ago but had to go back and to my luck got him "ha" he told me I didn't have a right ovary "I do" and said I was fine ,so I went to another ER right after leaving and on that ovary I have a tumor and had emergency surgery. ..he's a NUT!!

Dr. Cecil is a terrible doctor, he told my 99 year-old grandma that her breast cancer was back and he could "lop it off or she could keep rotting away" and within earshot of her room he told the staff of the nursing home that she should be kept in her room because she was going to get pretty stinky. What is WRONG with this man?? I sincerely hope he lives a long life than ends up with his final days deprived of any dignity or compassion at the hands of a doctor like himself!

Terrible terrible doctor!! Told my 99 year-old Grandmother with re-occurring breast cancer that there was nothing he could do but "lop off her breast or let her keep rotting from the inside" he than told the staff within earshot that they were going to have to start keeping her in her room because she was going to get pretty stinky!!! What kind of monster does Brookings have working for them?!!
