Does not listen to the patient. Does not follow up with patients post op. Does not listen to patients who are in pain until a severe infection has developed. I would NOT recommend Dr. Gillette

Very poor communications before medical procedure and after. Especially about side effects and later dealing with those side effects. Protocols and too much business lead to poor service. When things got bad and I went to clinic for help, I was told this is not a walk-in clinic. Also no off hours support. Just told to go to emergency room for treatment. Had to finally go out of state for care.

I hated the fact he didn't even meet me before or after my surgery. Which offers him a 0 on bedside manner. I also hate how they think they know how someone feels. I'm sorry there are tons of dopers out there but like me there is legitment people in a lot of pain and you think you can judge them all the same. Quite frankly I have yet to have a good experience with any of your doctors at your building. Uncaring. You guys must have forgotten your code when you signed up to be a physician
