The local brookings was great! But when I tried to call, it forwarded to SF where two ladies who answered the phone (had to call twice since the first time I was transferred wrong) didn't have customer service training. They answered "hello, what is it that you need". Guess, I look for more professional person on the line.

Dr.Brunz & his staff are Amazing & explain everything in advance. They don’t rush you through as most Dr.’s & their staff. I would highly recommend him & his staff. I see him in Brookings’s & also Sioux Falls.

We were treated with exceptional care by the PA and staff at the OI walk-in clinic. He explained everything thoroughly to not only me but to my 11 yr old so we both were on the same page as to what we needed to do for treatment. Would highly recommend OI as well as Craig to other individuals looking for Orthopedic care.
