Shelby Eischens's Online Review Report Card

She is not our primary Dr. But my daughter’s bottom was red and hurting so we made the soonest appointment with an available dr. We came early like we were suppose to and NEVER got to see the dr. My daughter said there was no pain when she peed, but we did a lab just in case. We waited 1hr and 20 minutes. 55 minutes from the time we were scheduled. Things happen I get that, but there was no communication other than myself asking the nurse who kept saying dr will be in shortly. Talked to receptionist and we left. Got a call from the nurse minutes later saying sample was negative. Dr didn’t need us to see her we could just use A and D or any over counter cream. We sat for an hour and the dr never even saw us. We made an appointment to be seen. This wasn’t suppose to be a lab drop off and call back. We were suppose to be seen. I shared my experience on Snapchat and SO MANY friends sent immediate messages back about how AWFUL, INSENSITIVE, RUDE this dr is.

Dr. Eichens has consistently demonstrated her care and concern for me as a patient. She doesn't hesitate to refer if she has doubts. She is thorough and never rushes through a visit. She exhibits the qualities you value in your physician. I would recommend her without reservation.

If you have any issues with chronic pain, I would suggest going to literally anyone else. I was referred to her from two different people that said she was caring and kind. I had a very different experience. After following through with her suggestions I was basically told that I wasn't actually in the amount of pain that I claimed I was in. I'm not sure how she came up with her diagnosis,  but I'm thinking it was based more on personal opinion than medical knowledge. I have gone back to my original doctor, and refuse to see her again.

I have seen Dr. Eischens for the past 9 years for myself and my family. She truly cares about you as a person, not just another patient. I am incredibly sad to move away as it will be tough to find another doctor to fill her shoes.

Dr. Eischens has been my primary care doctor for three years. She always takes her time and is very thorough. She handles most problems, but doesn't hesitate to refer me to a specialist if needed. And when I do see a specialist, Dr. Eishens follows the notes from the other provider and stays on top of my overall care. I highly recommend Dr. Eishens.
