After having severe back pain for 2 years I saw Dr. Jensen at the Orange City Clinic and had the procedure done that he recommended and within one day my back pain was GONE !! I am now able to walk like I did 25 years ago !! Thank you Dr. Jensen !

I recently had back surgery performed to reduce a decades' long experience with nerve pain. This was my first experience with any sort of sedation surgery so anxiety was getting the best of me. Dr. Jensen and his staff, from front office to the surgery room, made this a very comfortable experience. Dr. Jensen is a true professional and blessing to his profession. Thanks to him and all those involved, my nerve pain is gone and the recovery is going well. THANK YOU WADE AND EVERYBODY AT CNOS!!!

Consider yourself very fortunate to be seen by Dr. Wade Jensen. He is exceptional, knowledgeable, professional and kind. He will diagnose your problem, and treat it with results. After being seen by two other specialists with little relief, Dr. Jensen was the one who was able to get to the bottom of my problem, and treat it successfully.I highly recommend Dr.Jensen for anyone looking for a top notch specialist!

Had spine fusion surgery with Dr. Jensen. The surgery was a success and gave me my life back. Before surgery, I was unable to even take a walk on our trail with my husband. After recovery from the surgery, we went on vacation to the Grand Canyon and Utah. I was able to walk trails, stand for long periods of time and things that would have never been possible before my surgery. Thank you to Dr. Jensen, his staff and the wonderful team at the surgery center!

Dr. Jensen has given me one of the best experiences with the medical profession I have had. He takes the time to explain what is going on and what he can do to make things better. He will take the time to make sure that the patient knows exactly what is going on and what to expect. I have referred people to Dr. Jensen that were having similar problems.
