Office help didn't know what they are doing. Very unprofessional. Dr ordered wrong lenses. Never heard a word from her as this was the second time she made this mistake felt she should have apologized and seen if she could fix the mess her office staff made of my glasses. Now I'm without glasses and insurance won't cover me going elsewhere. Blind without them and have to wait a year to go to someone else
