Optimum is a wonderful provider with amazing staff in a comfortable setting. The facility is calming, warm and inviting. Specifically, Laura Schirber is a top tier provider in her experience, care and professionalism. She’s very knowledgeable, stays up to date on new advancements in mental healthcare, and takes the time to get to know her patients to ensure she’s best able to treat them properly and comprehensively. I absolutely recommend Laura with the highest regard and Optimum as an organization. I think it would be difficult to find a provider with better service, better staff or a higher level professionalism, anywhere in the Black Hills.

We have been coming here since they have opened and don't plan on going anywhere else. Kim is the nicest, most sincere person we have met in this industry and has helped us out tremendously. Not only is she great, but her staff is always happy, upbeat, and understanding at all times. They all try to have a real connection with you personally, and it shows. Thank you all for being so amazing, and we are blessed by all you have done for us.
