They go above and beyond to help you when things get rough (especially when medications can't get refilled do to shortages). Respectful, nice, and listen to your needs and problems - giving you honest answers and advice.

I started with this clinic after a retirement where I used to go. Rachel was amazing and had me talking more in one visit than my last provider was able to. The front desk and office management, I found out, has changed in the last 12 months and was perfectly professional and friendly with me. The owner Jen, who I had not seen in years, was nice enough to stop and say hello. I would highly recommend this clinic of wonderful and professional people!

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOUR JOB REQUIRES YOU TO BE ON CALL FOR EMERGENCIES. You will be charged 100 dollars everytime you cant make it because of your employment. Now Il get this out of the way quick I didnt feel very welcome from the front desk staff and they are Bad at calling patients back. I owe them money yes and ive been late a few times, which is on me. I didnt know the amount my insurance didnt cover until I showed up one day and was asked for the money. I set up a payment plan but havnt been able to keep up between the money I owe them and the amount of money prescriptions cost And the 100 dollar no show fee when im required to stay at work. I am a new father and my family will come first before anything. How ever, I absolutely loved Michelle! She was kind and patient and made me feel welcomed. They did call me. Asked me if I was going to make it to the appointment. This obviously means im getting charged a 100 dollars and that was the first thing the front desk went to. I did get snippy. However I called and apologized for it on there answering machine, of course cause no one answers the phone. My meds will get cut off and we all know someone not taking meds can lead to allot more issues. Youd think that would be known. Anyway I have a appointment set up for somewhere else. Best of luck!

I had been seeing CNP Erdman for quite a few years and had a great experience up until recently. They've disputed with my wife over a bill less than $100 and canceled an upcoming appointment I had scheduled for myself before the dispute reached its peak. They also won't take my calls regarding inquiry as to why they canceled MY appointment when I also need a medication refill. I'm legitimately out of options at the moment as to getting them refilled thanks to a lack of professionalism and courtesy to long-standing patients. I'm sure my financial situation will be blamed as to why my appointment was canceled in a reply to this review, but not in a minute long phone call. I also have young children I'm trying to take care of, and them being the priority, feeding them is more important than keeping up on medical bills when it comes down to it. I'm doubtful there would be anyone to disagree with that in these times. In summary, it would have been lovely to have had some clarification on an appointment cancelation out of the blue rather than to be left wondering if unrelated business with my wife was the cause. Either way, I don't think it's a great look and wanted to give those in search of help an idea as to the kind of help they'll get.

I used to think really highly of this place. Unfortunately my opinion differs now, I had a $50 bill and last month I set up a payment plan they ran the card for X amount of dollars and I thought they took down my credit card info. No they didn't I get a call this month saying they lost my credit card info blah blah blah well they always call me when I'm at work. I'll be completely honest it slips my mind to call them back when I work 8-5. I get an email saying they will no longer see me and are sending me to collections for a very small amount of money. I went to college for billing and coding most of the time practices will write off a small amount of money. What I'm getting at is I was going to call them on Monday to make a payment but they are so quick to send you to collections. Thanks for the referral letter i wont be needing it I work at a mental health practice and I'll be seeing a colleague and FYI we don't send people to collections over a small amount of money like these guys do. They want their money that's it. Don't waste your time here.

Started seeing Michele about a year ago. Her professionalism and knowledge of woman's health is what drew me to her. On my first visit she listened to all my health related issues and we discussed at length my current treatments. She did not try and convince me to switch anything or stop what I was doing. She truly listened and supported me. My total health was her primary concern and I felt that! Thank you Michele Blenner Delzer ❤️

This place is horrible. I told them about all of my serious diagnosis and they tried to push me out of the door in five minutes. They do not care about anyone and will not treat you the way you are expecting to be treated. They need to be audited and shut down. I related the fact that I suffer from severe PTSD and Severe Anxiety Disorder as well as ADHD. I told them that SIRIUS make me feel suicidal. They tried to get me out of there in less than 10 minutes and y tried to offer me more SSRI medication. I had to plead with them to at least talk with me about my diagnosis because all they wanted to bring up was depression and then have me leave

I’ve known Michele for years, and I can honestly say she is one of the best. Her knowledge of a variety of different things and contacts she has is outstanding. Her new practice is so cozy and she really is personable and listens to what you have to say. The staff and her office are great as well! Every visit with her is so helpful for me.
