Rob Schleiffarth's Online Review Report Card

After spending several minutes in the waiting room I was able to go back to be seen by Dr. Schleiffarth. He then spent a short amount of time getting to know me and my symptoms, completed a quick assessment only to tell me that I have dry sinuses. Sent me away with a prescription for some cream to hydrate my sinuses. As I was still experiencing the same symptoms a year later, I was referred to a new ENT who identified several problems with my sinuses in his 30 min assessment. I have now undergone surgery and have already begun to feel better. Wish the year of feeling crappy could have been avoided had Dr. Schleiffarth actually listened and completed a true assessment.

Will spend five minutes in the room and jump to the first conclusion (typically after making you wait 30+ minutes, even if you're the first appointment of the day). After 4 visits with four different diagnoses plus surgery, my root problem with sinus infections is actually worse. Doesn't listen, is condescending, and charges a small fortune for tests without treatment plans. Has yet to correctly diagnose or treat my condition. Asked at my last visit "what are you willing to try?" I think I'll try an ENT that pays attention to medical history and has diagnoses skills.

Dr. Schleiffarth has helped me with my chronic sinus issues more than anyone in my life! He and his staff are the best!

I am a former patient of Dr. Gerti Janns. I called the clinic to get input on where to go since her clinic had closed. The gal I talked to on the phone was nothing but rude and very disconcerned. Understandable they want to have the patients with the best care, but after going through 4 years of shots and testing process, they want me to start over, when I have one year left to finish my allergy shots. Very unimpressed by the patient care method they have. I will not be returning.

Sent all my old records and new scans over in hopes of getting some ideas of treatment. He reviewed none of these and then made prescription recommendations based on my 8 year old ct scan! Didn’t even look at right one. Spent 5 minutes with me and I walked away with no understanding of what was wrong on my new scan!

I love Dr. Schlieffarth and his staff. They are always so kind and accommodating. I have a lot of issues with my throat and Dr. S has helped me so much. I’m so glad he came to Rapid City. If you need ENT services he is your Dr!!

i have had earaches snce I was a child. Dr Schleiffarth is the only doctire who has helped me address my allergy issues causing thr problems. He is the best doctor I have ever been to.

I am so glad I found Dr Schleiffarth! I have had chronic sinus and allergy issues all my life and he is the ONLY dr. who listened and helped me. I highly recommend Dr Schleifarth!

Excellent Doctor and Staff. Super nice. I can’t say enough greatness about them all. It was my 2 year olds very first experience with a blood draw and they were so awesome and he didn’t even cry. So pleased to have an allergist and ENT that is so thoughtful and kind. Dr. Schleiffarth gave us 2 options for my son’s allergy test and the second option was best for us. Amazing people and so nice to have great care and accept out of state insurance. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
