Good doctor, got the right diagnose on the spot. Friendly and good sense of humor. I wish there were more doctors like him.

Dr. Miller is a seasoned, dedicated, helpful and easily accessible ENT. It would be nice if more Dr's were like him. The staff was friendly, efficient and task oriented. I saw Dr. Miller easily and his follow up and accessibility was outstanding. Other Dr's. offices and Dr's PLEASE TAKE NOTE! This is how it's done. We need more experiences like this within our health care system.

This was the kindest doctor I have ever dealt with. And the sweetest man. Paid for my parking and apologized for the appointment being an hour long. I was called in at my appt time and he still apologized because it took a while to do my tests. Any other specialist would have made you wait 6 months, not cared if they were late (which he wasn’t. Just tests took a while) and asked you to suck it up. He squeezed me in so I didn’t have to suffer and almost brought me to tears with his kindness. Thank you sir.

I had a very good experience in my first visited this morning, Dr. Miller took very good caring for my ear problems, good treatment, good hearing testing , end up, he gave me his contact phone number incase emergency situation come up . just a things is parking fee charge too high.

This doctor is A SHAME TO HEALTH CARE CANADA ! Periodically by purpose overbooking patient ! Rude doctor and all his stuff ! Only in Canada this gang can get away with behavior ! Many patients are leaving after senseless hours waiting ! Curious: did this gang charge OHIP for appointments that didn't happen ?

Rude staff from the time of Booking to the check in process “Long waits even when asking why no explanations given, kept asking to sanitize but makes People Sit for hours In a packed room. Reception taking about ppl and being rude to them on the phone, honestly wish I could have gone somewhere else .

Listen u might wait but it’s worth it! Character.. personality and making u feel comfortable is his thing. I wouldn’t consider anyone else. As an Ent I must say best cause he will listen and give u a hearing test immediately.. he will numb and wait it out to gently burn the capillary that is causing u nosebleeds everyday. What a funny charming man. However should not prescribing stomach acid blocking pills to ppl. Our first visits he did prescribe them to my 16yr old which later we found out has low acid. Same symptoms. Could have Ben the reason she had severe gut issues after that leading to pmdd and mental health issues cause ur gut is ur second brain and where ur hormones and neurotransmitters get their strength . So everything is connected and doctors need to be mindful of that. However overall he’s such a character! Dr. Miller is one of those ppm that adds some spice and. A smile to ur day. He’s efficient and kind. That’s rare for a doctor these days

After an hour and a half of waiting for a 10:15am appointment, I asked the receptionist why people who had appointments after us are being serviced. Doctor has his own set of rules, she says. So, what does that mean exactly? After two hours of waiting, my 90-year-old mother became tired and irritated. We made the decision to depart. While waiting for my mom in the washroom at the building's main door, the receptionist approached me and told me that the doctor was now ready to see us right away. Except for one other patient before their lunch, the whole waiting area is now deserted. Will seek for a new physician who will treat us equally.

He is an absolute creep! Extremely rude and thinks he's funny. Walked right out.

If you have had the misfortune to be referred to this doctor also seek a second opinion. Your life will depend on that second opinion. (Based on painful life threatening personal experience)
