I visited Regional Brain & Spine on 7/7/2020. My drive was an hour to my appt. There was very little wait time. I was greeted respectfully. The staff are well versed in customer service. I met with Dr Ptacek with in a few moments after being seated into the spotless exam room. Dr Ptacek greeted me and asked how i was doing. We discussed my prior treatments and the details of my health relating to the procedures applied to my condition. I explained I was doing well and the treatments were working as intended. Dr. Ptacek discussed options and alternative procedures to provide a better quality of life relating to my condition. He provided me with easy to understand procedures, outcomes and the technology used today. He has the most up to date knowledge, experience and displays the upmost respect for his patients. I was treated as an individual. People caring for people. That's what it is all about. You have a choice when it comes to healthcare. My choice is Dr Ptacek at RB&S!
