Allison seemed very knowledgeable and made me feel at ease (although it would have been nice to see Dr Rothrock again—to tell him personally “Thank You”. ) Allison answered all questions we threw at her. She was very professional and had a smile the whole time. Thank you Allison! Once again the ORtho. Inst.did an outstanding job from greeting me to telling me to continue to improve. A huge Thank you to all who helped me through my first surgery ever at 61.
