My experience with the Imaging Department for a CT Scan was exceptional. Susie & Erika walked me through what to expect with my procedure (after a medical Google rabbit hole I had thoroughly freaked myself out) and did so with kindness and care. Throughout this health journey the people at Avera have shown me tremendous care and genuine help. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you!

I have been to this ER a few times for cancer pain that gets out of control. The staff including front desk receptionist, nurses, and Doctors have all been very kind and take great care of me. They successfully get my pain under control. They’re respectful and they do a great job explaining everything they’re doing. I would highly recommend this ER to my family and friends.

Only option on a holiday but I had absolutely no waiting to be seen and was met by the RN and MD as I walked into the treatment room. These folks were caring, empathetic, and knowledgeable. If an emergent need came to me again this would be my first choice of where to receive care.

They treated me amazing plus they was super caring that’s great especially for me because I have sickle cell disease and I’m unfortunately going to the hospital a lot. THANK YOU NURSE ASHLEY AND NURSE JOLIZ KATELYN ALSO SHOUT OUT TO DR CHRISTIANS FOR LISTENING TO EVERYTHING AND ASKING QUESTIONS THAT OTHERS DOCTORS IN THE PAST DIDNT ASK BEFORE

I was traveling from out of town and had a great experience at their urgent care. Very short wait, thorough care, super helpful front desk staff, and I was seen by a knowledgeable and kind PA. Clean, new building with lots of parking available too. Highly recommend!
