I was assisted immediately at the front counter and told where to go for a blood draw. I checked in at the counter at the lab and then waited just a few minutes to be called in to get the draw. The draw went good, no pain or trouble and I was out of there in just a couple minutes.

I see Dr. Knutson there and I love being his patient and his whole team!!!! Dr. Knutson and all his nurses and assistants are always so nice and caring. I always feel like I'm being taken care of and my questions are always answered. Plus if I feel like I need to make additional appointments because I am just not feeling any better, I am always treated with respect and not just another patient or bother. I have been seeing Dr. Knutson for many years and I hope to see him many more!!!!

I have been going to Avera Medical Group McGreevy 69th & Western and Dr. Carolyn Van Kalsbeek specifically for a number of years. I am moving and I am going to miss her. She takes the time you need, listens to your concerns and works with you to solve issues. She is great and so is the the staff from front desk to the lab to the nurses. Thank you everyone.
