The nurses in the surgical tower were amazing with my daughter today. A big SHOUT out to Jacob, hewas so caring and compassionate towards her. Thank you for everything!!!!

I made the huge mistake of going to their ER in Fargo in 2019 I never should’ve gone. They charged me $2,100 when they should have put my insurance through, and it is taking three entire years to clear it up. Now in 2022 They sent me to collections after I had already done everything I needed to do to take care of the bill, they apparently lost all of my financial aid paperwork, and three years later it still isn’t done. With all their millions of dollars (net income of $205 million per year) they will send you to collections for $200 when you’re already living under the poverty line. Thanks for nothing, Sanford.

Phenomenal nurses on the medical/oncology floor. They are doing God's work. My father was a real handful when he was in a lot of pain but these nurses went above and beyond to take care of my father.Huge thank you to the Speech Therapy Team, Physical Therapy Nurses, Encrinologists, Cardiologists and Oncologists for all your professionalism and straight forward answers.

Don't trust the app for pay process, they'll send you to collections for $40.Doesn't matter how many $1000's spent! They'll claim they called you "several times" wich was only 1 time. Will not admit fault when they discover their information not correct as they claim it was. $40 F-ing Sanford!!!!??? Seriously ???

Waiting time was very limited. Receptionist was helpful and courteous. Nurse and PA did a great job of explaining and prepping for the covid infusion. Space was small but comfortable. Medical staff checked me often. Good experience.

This is just from driving by the hospital today. At about 3:15pm I was driving by the hospital on Grange. I had to brake for one of the Sanford vans who did not stop at the stop sign. It drove out of one of the lots, drove through the intersection and then turned into the genetics lot. Van number 2130. I have the licence plate as well. Stop signs mean you stop. At least they did when I had driver's education!

My temporary home. Feb 28th 2019 I arrived. The physicians, doctors, nurses at this place are wonderful! I hands down wouldn't be alive or able to explain my gratitude for them. I woke up from my coma march 23rd to my children's voices.. It happened to be my middle child's birthday. Also the beginning of the biggest challenge of my life. April 16th I was released to go home. 3 weeks vs the year they had assumed. I couldn't have done this without the help of my PT OT ST services. I've faced extreme challenges since coming home to normal life. But I had to get my life back. For my children and most importantly myself. There's are my heros. Cause of the love and support they have provided me my children have there mom back, my parents have their daughter, and I have my life back. People said I'm a walking miracle. Many that I meet dont believe cause of how flawless I appear to be. But I have my weaknesses. But I'm sure of one thing. They have provided me a second chance at life!

If there was a zero star rating, that's what I would give Sanford USD Medical Center. They charge exorbitant charges that are not disclosed upon verbal request. Billing says "true charges" are only disclosed in written form. We called to ask charges for shots and got charged through the roof for "hidden fees" that were not disclosed to us upon verbal request. Customer service doesn't help customers at all. They are more the "hospital defense" department rather than customer service department. I found unethical and dishonest billing practices.
