After suffering in pain and having greater difficulty completing my daily activities I underwent a laminectomy with Dr Wingate. This procedure has totally changed my life. I’m able to complete my daily routine WITHOUT pain I am so thankful for Dr. Wingate the staff at Orthopedic Institute and the staff at Sioux Falls Specialy Hospital for giving me my life back

After reading the background and reviews of Dr. Wingate I knew he was the choice for me because I knew he would be a straight shooter and have the ability to teach me about my problem. He did not disappoint. In fact he exceeded all of my expectations. I really believe I am on the best path to recovery with his expert guidance. Other physicians need to take a page from Dr. Wingates book. I feel very lucky to have him in my corner.

Dr. Wingate is highly knowledgeable in resolving back issues. He clearly laid out options the + of each. He his P.A. Amanda made me feel that I was their highest priority resolved my pain. Wonderful care throughout this entire process. They are the premier team in my opinion to identify resolve any spine related complications one may have.

I would recommend Dr. Wingate to anyone needing to get there back fixed. From the very first visit I felt comfortable with Dr. Wingates assessment of my problem. He explained everything very thoroughly and seemed happy to answer my questions. My surgery turned out wonderfully. I cant say enough good about my outcome. He is a very skilled surgeon I have another problem in my neck and Dr. Wingate is working on that also
